All of our instructors are fully background checked and follow our strict code of conduct policy. And since all our lessons are conducted via Zoom video conference, your child can safely learn from the comfort of your own home.
We seek out the best instructors in the music industry with education from leading institutes such as Juilliard, NYU and Berklee. In addition to formal education, our instructors have real world experience in performance to help your child prepare for their musical journey.

Frequently asked questions
Due to the virtual nature of MusicSphere lessons, you will need an internet-connected device that has a camera, microphone and speaker. The most common devices include laptop computers, mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.
Our virtual lessons are delivered via the Zoom video conferencing app. You will need to download the Zoom app to the device that you are going to use for the lesson. You can learn more about Zoom by visiting https://zoom.us
MusicSphere Academy takes you and your child’s safety very seriously. Unlike other music academies, ALL of our instructors are background checked and vetted to ensure that you get the best and safest experience possible.
We generally suggest that parents should wait till their child is at least 5 years old before beginning formal music lessons. If you are uncertain whether or not your little one is ready, we would be happy to schedule a free 15 min consultation to evaluate their readiness and discuss your options. We take secure credit card payments via Stripe. Stripe is a leader in the world of online payments and they have a proven track record for security and privacy. MusicSphere does not store your payment information in any way.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy that benefits all parties. Both teachers and students are expected to give at least 24 hours notice to be eligible to reschedule. If a student fails to cancel before the 24-hour lesson window, the lesson will be marked complete. If an instructor fails to cancel before the 24-hour lesson window, you will be eligible for a full lesson refund, or you can reschedule for another time at no charge.
If you feel that your lesson is going poorly due to a bad internet connection, please stop your lesson immediately, and ask your instructor to reschedule. Your instructor will be able to reschedule your lesson for you. If you do not reschedule prior to the midpoint of your lesson, you may be ineligible to reschedule.
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your current instructor for any reason, you are free to change instructors. If you have pending appointments with your current instructor, please contact administration to reschedule your current bookings with the instructor of your choice. We would also be happy to suggest another instructor that may fit your needs.
